What will I see when I sign in?

When you first sign in you will see the new layout. There is no option to switch to the old layout.

The side navigation menu

The previous layout had tabs along to the top of the page and a side menu to the left. The new layout has the same structure and the menu options are in familiar positions.

Help, profile and sign out

The help, profile and sign out buttons appear in the same upper-right corner position. 

Uploading files

Uploading files is the most common action in iLink. To upload a file, the steps are the same: Click Files → Upload File → Choose your file and click the Submit button.

Can I switch back to the old layout?

No, the old layout will be removed in favour of the new layout.
