iLink identification and verification checks

At Westpac, we take our customer financial security seriously, which is why we are strengthening controls to ensure authorised access to iLink.

From 19th July 2021, to ensure any new user requests or any existing user seeking additional permissions is identified, we are changing the create and edit user screens.

The new user requests will now go through Westpac identification and verification checks before the user is enabled on the platform. We have updated the forms with additional information for compliance. Find out more.
