What is the new Qvalent/Westpac public IP address?

We are continually looking to provide improvements to our security, so URLs for Westpac/Qvalent services will no longer maintain static IP addresses.

My company currently white-list Westpac public IP addresses for all connections to these URL’s. What changes do I need to make to maintain a connection to our services?

You will need to remove any whitelisting of the Westpac/Qvalent public IP address and ensure you only access our environment using the URLs or Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs) as our IP address may change at any time without notice.

Will this change impact SFTP connections?

No, this SFTP traffic will not be impacted.  The changes only apply to HTTPS web and API services.

Why are we making this change?

This is part of our continuous security enhancements and to ensure & value our clients are getting the best security and compliance standards. For any additional information, please contact your Client Development Manager or Transactional Banker.Additional support
