At St. George, we take our customer financial security seriously, which is why we are strengthening controls to ensure authorised access to PaymentsPlus.

From 5th July 2021, to ensure any new user/administrator requests or any existing users/administrators seeking additional permissions are identified, we are changing the create and edit user and administrator screens.

Find out more about how to create/edit users.

New user or administrator requests will now go through St. George identification and verification checks before access is enabled on the platform.

This may take up to 48 hours after the new user or administrator request is submitted. In preparation for this change: Users and administrators will be requested to confirm their email address, security questions and mobile number (optional) when next signing into PaymentsPlus.

Users and administrators can continue to be identified via any of the following methods:

  1. Sending certified copies of identification documents to your St. George representative.

  2. If your organisation has been authorised by St. George to use the Verifying Officer (VO) model, then users can be identified by the VO for system access.

  3. If it is convenient and safe, visiting a branch with your identification documents.

For new user requests, the iLink and PaymentsPlus User Establishment/Removal Form must also be completed and signed by the user and authorised representative(s) and sent to your St. George representative.

For new administrator requests, the iLink and PaymentsPlus Administrator Establishment/Removal Form must be completed and signed by an authorised representative(s) and sent to your St. George representative.

For more information, please contact your St. George representative.
