Testing your browser compatibility
To test validate your browser compatibility, you can visit the Browser TLS Version Check page.
Your browser is compatible
If your browser supports TLSv1.2 you will see the following.
If you are able to view the Browser TLS Version Check page without an error, then this change should not affect access to Qvalent and Westpac applications.
You must upgrade your browser
If your browser does not support TLSv1.2 you will receive the following page which has TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 disabled.
If see an error when you view the Browser TLS Version Check page, then this change may affect your access to Qvalent and Westpac applications.
When you receive an error, the page displays please see the below table Internet browser compatibility guidelines below.
There are a number of free third-party browser testing services in addition to this table to test the configuration of your browser and network in some cases.
Qualys' SSL Labs Browser Test is one such example available at https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
Please note that this test and some others may not run successfully depending on your exact system and network configuration and should only be used as a guide
