Highlights of Quickstream 2016.R1
Updated user interface
In Quickstream 2015.R2 we began the process of undergoing various enhancements to the UI. Quickstream 2016.R1 includes more changes1 to colours, fonts and styles. We've also made many minor improvements to pages across the application.
Updated Customer Search Pages
The old customer search pages have been redesigned to save space and give you more options to manage your customers.
Declined payment management
Manage soft-declined2 payments manually or retry them on an automated schedule 3.

- Soft-declined transactions are ones that have been declined, but may be retried (e.g. decline due to not-sufficient funds). Hard declines are those that cannot be retried (e.g. account closed).
- Retry Failed Payment is available for QuickBatch and Recurring only.
