The Quickstream team is pleased to announce the release of Quickstream in March 2016
Highlights
Updated user interface
In the previous release we began the process of undergoing various enhancements to the UI. This release includes more changes1 to colours, fonts and styles. We've also made many minor improvements to pages across the application.

Updated Customer Search Pages
The old customer search pages have been redesigned to save space and give you more options to manage your customers.
Declined payment management
Manage soft-declined2 payments manually or retry them on an automated schedule 3.
Decommissioned Internet Explorer 8 Support
In Jan 2016, Microsoft stopped providing security updates for Internet Explorer version 8, 9 and 10. Internet Explorer 8 supports only older encryption technology. Security researchers have found potential flaws in this technology. This makes Internet Explorer 8 unsuitable for use on secure websites.
After the 13th March 2016, Quickstream will no longer support Internet Explorer version 8.

- Soft-declined transactions are ones that have been declined, but may be retried (e.g. decline due to not-sufficient funds). Hard declines are those that cannot be retried (e.g. account closed).
- Retry Failed Payment is available for QuickBatch and Recurring only.
