The old customer search pages have been redesigned to save space and give you more options to manage your customers.

 

 

 

 

Declined payment management

Manage soft-declined1 payments manually or retry them on an automated schedule 2.

 

 

 

Other improvements

In this release, we've made some other improvements we think you should know about:

 

  1. Soft-declined transactions are ones that have been declined, but may be retried (e.g. decline due to not-sufficient funds). Hard declines are those that cannot be retried (e.g. account closed).
  2. Retry Failed Payment is available for QuickBatch and Recurring only.
