Important Update: Retirement of QuickStream Legacy Login Page

We are writing to advise you of an upcoming change to the QuickStream sign-in process.

Following a review of your organisation's QuickStream configuration, we identified that some users still access QuickStream through legacy login pages provided at the time of setup.

These legacy pages will be retired in February 2026. After this, the legacy login pages and associated "Forgotten Password" pages will no longer be available.

A legacy portal refers to an older version of the QuickStream login interface that was originally implemented for customers. These portals were maintained to ensure continuity for businesses; however, they rely on outdated legacy technology that is not compatible with our future user single sign on process.

What Changes Will Occur?

1. The legacy login pages will be permanently retired. To ensure uninterrupted access, all users are required to begin using the new login page from February 2026.

2. This change will also introduce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). When accessing the new login page, an additional verification step will be presented.

   After entering your username and password, you will be prompted to enter a one-time code sent to your registered email address.

3. Where co-branding of your company logo is present on the login page, this will change. As we move towards a single-sign-on portal model, the co-branding will not be available on the new login page. Whilst this does change the appearance, the functionality within the portal remains the same.

What is MFA?

Multi-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your login process. Instead of relying solely on a password, MFA requires a verification code sent to your email inbox.

This helps safeguard your account even if your password is compromised. Cyber threats are evolving, and passwords alone are no longer sufficient - MFA significantly strengthens access security across our digital platforms.
