Updated help menuQuickPortal now has a Help and Documentation menu. Access the help menu in QuickPortal by selecting the question mark icon. It lists the documentation applicable to your facility. You can find: user guides, technical guides, downloads and help for the page you’re currently viewing. You can also see details for your Westpac contact.
You can find the Quickstream Technical Support contact details if you need further assistance. Be sure to quote your community code. You can find your community code underneath the Help icon. Manage your security profileUse QuickPortal to manage your security profile. QuickWeb, QuickConnect, QuickVault and QuickGateway use your security profile to allow access to your facility.
You can manage your allowed IP addresses, endpoints, and download your current client certificate. View connection details for your facility and download client software.
