Finding and viewing transactions

 

Quickstream allowed you to try

Quickstream introduced new transaction search pages in July 2015. You could switch back to the old ones at any time, or continue to use the new transaction search pages.

In

November 2015

this release the old transaction search pages will no longer be available in favour of the new and improved ones.

Quickstream will redirect you to the new pages from

15th November 2015

now on.

Improved transaction details

Quickstream displays the source of the transaction in the details. The page will label a card as a "Credit Card" or a "Debit Card"

Export transactions from searches

Select the export button on your transaction search results or your customer's payment history page.

You can generate an export by settlement date.

As a facility administrator, set your default at a company level. Each user can change their own in their user profile.

In this release, we've made some other improvements we think you should know about:

Changing your password

You can change your password, or set your security questions from your user profile. 

Select the Administration tab and then Update My Profile, or click your name under the banner.


Accessing QuickLink statements

For QuickLink customers, the QuickLink tab has been removed:

The Statements page is now located on the Transactions and Reports tab. 

The Allocation Rules page is now available under the Administration tab.

1. QuickBatch customers only. QuickBatch is a module of Quickstream that allows batches of Credit Card or Bank Account payments to be securely uploaded into the system.

2. If your facilities has multiple businesses, users can manage your facility or each business individually.

3. Credit cards only. Each card scheme for each business can have a different percentage surcharge. Surcharges do not apply for QuickBatch or QuickGateway transactions.

4. Contact the charge card company for an Amex or Diners merchant number. Any questions related to American Express or Diners Club should be directed to the charge card company.
